Eric Sanchez is the Chief Operating Officer serves as the Secretary of the Corporation. He is the longest serving staff member at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, having served the firm and its clients for nearly ten years. In that time, Eric has seen the firm grow from 6 employees to over 130, and from a few hundred clients to thousands.

Eric received his B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration, from the California State University – East Bay and has done graduate work in psychology and theology both in the United States and Canada. Eric was also honorably discharged from the United States Marine Corps, serving in both active and reserve components.

Eric is a member of American Association for Justice, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, Association of Legal Administrators, Raleigh Durham Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, Marine Corps Association, and is a formerly licensed adjuster.

David Chamberlin is the Director of Administration, Human Resources, and Marketing at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Ithaca College in his hometown of Ithaca, N.Y., and his MBA from Regis University in Denver, Co.

David oversees the administration and human resources departments, and also certain channels of marketing, including television, direct marketing, and Yellow Pages. In addition, he assists in the development and implementation of strategic goals and initiatives with regards to the aforementioned channels as they pertain to the firm as a whole.

David is a member of multiple professional associations, including Association of Legal Administrators, Raleigh Durham Chapter of the Association of Legal Administrators, and Society for Human Resource Management. He is also a formerly licensed Assisted Living Home Administrator.

Mark Straniero is the Financial Controller at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin. He is responsible for overseeing the financial aspects of the firm.

Mark is from Kalamazoo, Mich., and graduated from Western Michigan University with a BS in Accounting.

Mark has 15 years of fine dining experience which solidified the importance of providing the highest level of customer service. He also has 5 years of experience in action sports e-commerce/retail, which provided an inside knowledge of operations that blends with a strong accounting background.
