Case Managers and Paralegals
Case managers serve as the primary point of contact for most active clients. The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin employs case managers who deal with soft tissue injuries, head and brain injuries, serious bodily injury, workers’ compensation, and other types of personal injury.

Behind the scenes, our management team keeps our firm running smoothly by managing our diverse practice areas and experienced and professional staff departments, as well as by handling our accounting, administration, call center, and operational functions.
Investigators
If after your initial consultation with one of our personal injury lawyers you wish for us to represent you, for your convenience we will send one of our investigators to your home, place of business or other place in which you feel comfortable to sign your paperwork. They will provide you with a list of necessary documentation that you may need to gather about your case. Investigators are also charged with further looking into your case and may need to take pictures of your injury, your wrecked vehicle, or speak with witnesses about your case.
