Our Personal Injury Attorneys

We have many talented personal injury and workers' compensation attorneys from a variety of backgrounds. Attorneys at our firm are placed in positions that highlight their personal and professional strengths, giving us the best opportunity to maximize the results for our clients. Several of our attorneys come from defense and corporate backgrounds, and some are either conversant or fluent in Spanish, so that our Spanish-speaking clients can interact in their native tongue with someone at every level. We have active third-party and workers' compensation litigation practice areas, where our litigators are frequently in mediation, depositions, trial, or interacting with the courts and the North Carolina Industrial Commission. In addition, two of the attorneys on our workers' compensation team are board-certified workers' compensation specialists.

Our Professional Staff

As with our attorneys, our paraprofessionals are placed in positions that highlight their strengths. We have a firm-wide customer service training program that all staff members are required to attend to ensure our clients are consistently treated with the highest level of respect. We have nearly 20 staff members who are fluent in Spanish, so we can deliver equal service to our friends in the Latino community.
