A teenaged pedestrian was injured after being struck by an SUV in Forsyth County, North Carolina on April 23 at 3:54 p.m. The SUV was then rear-ended by a car.  The accident occurred in Winston-Salem when a 1996 Honda was traveling west on Peters Creek Parkway toward Ethel Drive behind a 1999 Dodge SUV.
