Twelve Brunswick County students were taken to Dosher Memorial Hospital with minor injuries after a car rear-ended a school bus at a bus stop on N.C. 211 on Sept. 17 at about 8 a.m.
The driver, whose identity was not available, will be charged with failure to reduce speed, a trooper said.
There were 24 students on the bus, from South Brunswick High and South Brunswick Middle schools.
