DURHAM, North Carolina (November 4, 2009) Sean A.B. Cole, a personal injury attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, was Editor in Chief of the newly released North Carolina Manual of Complaints – 3rd Ed. The manual provides a quick reference guide to attorneys regarding a broad spectrum of complaints, including new chapters on Nursing Home Litigation and General Negligence Cases. Other chapters cover automobile negligence, employment law, premises liability, products liability, medical negligence and consumer areas of practice.

This 1,100+ page manual provides a quick reference guide for attorneys about a broad spectrum of complaints. The manual is considered by many to be a must-have resource for North Carolina trial lawyers. Cole joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2008 and handles catastrophic injury and product liability cases.

Cole received his J.D. from Wake Forest School of Law and his B.A. in history from King College in Bristol, Tenn. His quality legal work and outstanding ethics have earned him an AV rating in the Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review system and designation as a Rising Star by North Carolina Super Lawyers.
