A new traffic court was created in the 13th Judicial District of North Carolina – covering Brunswick, Bladen and Columbus Counties – specifically to deal with traffic violations that could result in death or serious injury.
It is expected to hear mostly DWI and speeding cases.
The court will be in session once a week in Brunswick and bi-weekly in Bladen and Columbus counties. Last year there were 17 deaths in the three counties from alcohol-related accidents. Traffic deaths average between 20 and 30 over the past few years in Brunswick County alone.
If you or a loved one were injured in an accident call the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin for assistance – 24-hours-a day, 7-days – at week at 1-800-832-6573 or visit us on the Web at www.Farrin.com. James Scott Farrin may have the resources you need to help you with your claim.
