Ms. Madison is an attorney in the Personal Injury Department.
Ms. Madison received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. She received her B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, graduating with honors.
Ms. Madison spent her childhood living in Brazil, and her teenage years in Mexico, where she would learn to speak Spanish. Her experiences living in economically developing communities has caused her to care very deeply for working individuals and their families. As a result, she has exclusively represented individuals in personal injuries, small business matters and consumer credit and advocacy.
Ms. Madison’s practice consists primarily defending the rights of victims of auto collisions, including those caused by drunk drivers, children and adult victims of vicious dog attacks and individuals in work place injuries.
