Mr. Clontz has spent more than 20 years protecting the rights of the injured. He was hired as a personal injury attorney at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2006 and assists potential clients in a wide array of potential claims.

Mr. Clontz received his J.D. from Wake Forest University School of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta International Law Fraternity. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Mr. Clontz has broad legal experience in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, business law and litigation, real estate disputes and other estate issues. Mr. Clontz says he joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin because it allowed him to make a strong, positive impact on people’s lives.

“I work hard to benefit and improve my client’s circumstances by being honest, ethical, knowledgeable and unafraid to take on a difficult fight," Mr. Clontz says. "I believe an attorney’s highest calling is helping people protect their rights against others who have injured them through carelessness.”

Mr. Clontz is a member of the North Carolina State Bar and is Communications Chair of the Auto Torts Executive Committee for the North Carolina Advocates for Justice. He is active in the West Market Street United Methodist Church, Habitat for Humanity, Agents of Grace and The Boy Scouts of America.
