6-month-old girl in critical condition following commercial truck accident
Tyson Foods truck driver ran red light, hitting two vehicles
On June 24, 2008, a 36-year-old man was driving a Tyson Foods truck in Springdale, Arkansas when he ran a red light, getting into a truck accident with two vehicles. The tractor-trailer truck accident injured a 6-month-old child, a 16-year-old boy, and a 25-year-old woman. The 6-month-old is in critical condition, while the boy is in the surgical intensive care unit at an area hospital.
The woman and the truck driver were both treated and released. The driver of the truck in the commercial truck accident was cited for running a red light.
