MADD Victim Services
MADD offers free services to victims of drunk driving accidents. Among the many services victims may be able to receive courtesy of Mothers Against Drunk Driving are:
Victim Advocate Services - A MADD Victim Advocate can offer emotional support and information on coping by phone or in person. Many of MADD's Victim Advocates have experienced the tragedy of a drunk driving accident themselves and know exactly what a personal injury victim can suffer at the hands of an impaired driver.
Access to Professional Counselors and Clergy - MADD Victim Advocates can provide you with a list of professional counselors and clergy skilled in working with victims of drunk driving car accidents.
Support Groups and Local Chapters - MADD has many local chapters and support groups who can introduce you to other individuals and families who have experienced the terrifying and long-term effects of a drunk driving car accident.
Crime Victim's Compensation - MADD offers some victims of drunk driving car accidents access to financial assistance with certain expenses related to your accident. To be eligible for assistance, applicants must not share any responsibility for the crime, must have reported the crime, and cooperated with law enforcement and prosecution officials to the fullest extent possible.
Crime Victim’s Compensation
