Fayetteville Man Runs Red Light, Causes Three-Car Pileup

On April 15, 2008, a Ford Ranger ran a red light at the intersection of Raeford Road and Sandalwood Drive and caused a car accident. The Ford Ranger first struck a Chevrolet and then careened into a third vehicle in Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The 56-year-old driver of the Ford Ranger was ticketed for failing to stop at a traffic signal and improper equipment in the car accident. Although the third vehicle, another Ford Ranger flipped onto its hood, there were no serious injuries reported.
