Attorney Ben Simpson

Mr. Simpson received his J.D. and M.B.A from Loyola University New Orleans and his B.A. in economics and psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. While in law school, Mr. Simpson clerked at a plaintiff’s firm where he was able to work on a variety of legal matters, including insurance recovery cases stemming from Hurricane Katrina. He also worked on pending litigation involving Chinese Drywall and the 2010 BP oil spill. His experiences at the plaintiff’s firm gave him a great opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients suffering from events.
"Being able to experience first hand how certain insurance companies, in my opinion, failed to adequately compensate some of their clients after catastrophic events such as Hurricane Katrina strengthened my desire to help protect the rights of those who can't help themselves," said Personal Injury Attorney Ben Simpson.
