Attorney Jennifer Duffy
An advocate for those injured through no fault of their own
Ms. Duffy joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2010, and handles mostly automobile accident and personal injury claims for our clients.
Ms. Duffy received her J.D. from the Wake Forest University School of Law in Winston-Salem, and her B.A. in psychology from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Prior to taking a position at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, Ms. Duffy worked as an attorney representing insurance companies after personal injury claims had been settled. This has allowed her to see how personal injury law is practiced from both sides of the table.
"After I got into law school, I realized how powerful it is to have knowledge of the law, and how much responsibility there is to use it wisely," she said. "I just hope that everyone in a position to become an attorney appreciates how important a job it is, and how lawyers affect, not just individual clients, but all of society every day."
