Eric J. Sanchez *
Vice President

Eric Sanchez is the Vice President of the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin, having served the firm and its clients since early 2000. As Vice President, Eric serves in an advisory and support capacity to the President, as well as shareholders and the senior management team. In addition to his primary area of administration and operations, he is responsible for developing potential new business ventures for the firm.

Education

Eric holds a M.A. in Public Policy and Administration from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, and a B.S. in Criminal Justice Administration from the California State University system.  Eric has also done additional graduate work in the United States and Canada, focusing on psychology and theology.

 

Military Service

Eric served as a non-commissioned officer in the active, reserve, and inactive reserve components of the United States Marine Corps.  He graduated from multiple electronics schools and held a classified clearance.  After a total of eight years of service, Eric was honorably discharged.
 

Community Service

Eric is active with the American Heart Association and frequently works with their advocacy and fundraising initiatives.  He has also worked with Duke Children's Hospital, Triangle Mended Little Hearts, and has served on the USO of NC Raleigh-Durham Airport Center Council.  Eric has also coached basketball at the varsity, junior varsity, middle school and children’s recreational levels.

 

Professional Memberships

Eric is a member of the American Association for Justice, North Carolina Advocates for Justice, the Marine Corps Association and the Marine Corps League. 

 

Professional Licenses

Eric was formerly licensed in North Carolina as an independent adjuster, and prior to moving to North Carolina, was formerly licensed as a minister.
