One injured in two car accident on Brooklyn Circle in Fayetteville, NCA 24 year old man was injured in a two car accident in Cumberland County, North Carolina on June 20 at 12:55 p.m. The accident occurred near Fayetteville when a 2010 Ford SUV was traveling west on Brooklyn Circle through the intersection of Southern Boulevard and collided with a 2006 Ford passenger car which entered the intersection north from Southern Boulevard. After impact the 2006 Ford passenger car traveled across the centerline, ran off the road to the left and struck a ditch. The driver of the 2006 Ford passenger car was transported by Cumberland County EMS to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center in Fayetteville with clear injuries. The 2010 Ford SUV driver was cited for failure to yield. Damage to the 2010 Ford SUV was estimated at $5,000; damage to the 2006 Ford passenger car, $3,000. |
