Our paralegals are some of the most important points of contact for our clients as cases progress. They are in charge of performing a number of tasks, including but not limited to the following: providing excellent customer service for all clients, meeting team goals, managing a large volume caseload, ensuring legal compliance, and providing support to both a supervising attorney and the clients they serve. A James Scott Farrin paralegal truly helps establish and maintain the tone of the entire JSF experience, easily building rapport with clients and having a passion to try to resolve cases successfully on their behalf.
A successful paralegal will be able to multitask, have attention to detail, spot issues within a case, be able to take direction and work within a set structure, and can easily adapt to a fast paced, ever-changing environment. We work in a demanding environment and expect the highest quality of work from our employees. We are seeking a candidate that is able to work independently as part of a larger team mindset, and someone who is easily able to speak and relate to clients from all backgrounds.

Our office hours vary anywhere from 8am-6pm, and we are seeking a candidate with a flexible schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Intake Attorney - Greensboro
One of North Carolina’s largest personal injury law firms seeks a motivated and professional licensed attorney to join our strong team of intake attorneys. This position provides the right candidate an opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of injury victims as well as the chance to contribute to the success of our firm as a whole.
Our intake attorneys play a critical role in our success. Once basic information about a potential case is gathered by our representatives, the intake attorney speaks with the potential client to evaluate the claim and then uses his or her legal judgment to decide whether the Firm will offer representation to the individual. Consequently, the majority of time in this role is spent speaking with potential clients, usually by phone. There is little to no actual casework involved.
A good candidate easily builds rapport with potential clients, is passionate about providing great service, and can deliver a clear message. Critical thinking, problem solving, time-management, legal judgment, and strong sales skills are all necessary for success in this role. Clear communication skills are a must, as is the highest degree of integrity and professionalism. Intake attorneys must be able to document their conversations and decisions contemporaneously in a demanding, fast-paced environment; strong typing skills help tremendously. Additionally, our ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest and knowledge in personal injury law and a meaningful background in sales.

The Job Entails:
- Design and production of print marketing collateral (e.g. brochures, flyers, books, photo manipulation, etc.)
- Design and production of online material (e.g. videos, email blasts, ebooks, etc.)
- Manage print and online production process from conception to final product
- Thinking creatively to produce new ideas and concepts
- Proofreading to produce accurate and high-quality work
- Staying abreast of design trends
The Job Requires:
- At least 5 years of experience as a graphic designer
- Experience with video editing
- Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of photography a plus
- Must be able to present concepts in a comprehensive manner and communicate effectively

One of North Carolina’s largest personal injury law firms is seeking a motivated and professional individual to join our team as a Field Investigator. This career opportunity provides the right candidate the means to make a difference in the lives our of clients as well as the chance to contribute to our firm as a whole.
There is no typical day in the life of an investigator. Rotating duties include the following: traveling daily to meet with clients to sign documents, notarizing documents, communicating daily to supervisor, interviewing witnesses and/or police officers, taking pictures of clients, injuries, property damage, and accident scenes, locate MIA’s for attorneys or case managers, ensure maintenance of company vehicle and equipment, maintain sign up folders, pick up police reports, file documents for attorneys at the courthouse, and other duties as assigned.

Excellent time management skills, solid computer skills, detail oriented, trustworthy, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are required.
