Who Calls Us?

We regularly receive inquiries from other law firms and attorneys who trust us to handle their cases. We often receive calls from law firms and lawyers who:

  • Don’t handle cases or have sufficient experience in the areas listed above
  • Have clients, family, friends, etc. who need representation
  • Need a law firm experienced in going to trial
  • Need an experienced team of attorneys they can trust with both simple and complex cases

If you are not an attorney or law firm, we still welcome referrals.3

I have been honored to work with the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin for more than a decade. They have provided competent and compassionate representation to my clients and friends over the years.1

Why Call Us?

Your trust is important to us, and understandably, you want to refer potential clients to a law firm you are confident would give them their full attention and care.

So why call us? Simple. We pride ourselves on what we call the James Scott Farrin Advantage. Since James S. Farrin started the firm in 1997, our team has helped more than 60,000 clients recover more than $1.6 BILLION for their cases.1 This number does not include the historical $1.25 billion settlement for the Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation our firm helped lead to victory against the U.S. government.4

Moreover, our firm is one of the largest plaintiffs’ law firms in North Carolina, with a legal team of 60+ attorneys and a professional staff of more than 200 strong. We have 16 offices in North Carolina and one in South Carolina, and we continue to seek exponential growth each year. Our attorneys include a former state senator, as well as former industrial commissioners, assistant attorneys general, insurance defense lawyers, and more.

Numbers aside, James S. Farrin is an innovative leader who has led the firm in trying to become as client-centric as possible. We train our staff, paralegals, and attorneys to better serve and communicate with our clients. We work hard to reduce inefficiencies and streamline our processes. We even have our own case management software with patented technology.

LET’S TALK.

When other firms refer cases to us, they are added to our extensive national network of firms to whom we could potentially refer cases out.

Every day, we receive numerous calls asking for help in practice areas that we do not handle, and we also want to refer those people to law firms and lawyers in whom we feel confident.
