James Scott Farrin Partner Coleman Cowan Represents Victims of Abusive NC Christian School Employee

May 5th, 2021: A North Carolina Christian school employee was arrested for the second time after new sexual abuse charges emerged. Tammy Tyner Moran was charged with three felony charges of sexual activity in March and sexual activity with a student and embezzlement in April. The school was allegedly warned of their employee’s abuse by the first victim’s family a year ago but did not take action. Read more.

Student Interview Reveals New Details in Christian School Sex Abuse Case

April 3rd, 2021: A student’s interview with police reveals details of the sex abuse he allegedly faced at the hands of a school employee when he was a minor. Coleman Cowan, the James Scott Farrin attorney who is representing the victims in this case, wants to find out “what the school knew and what did they do about it.” Read more.

March 31st, 2021: James Scott Farrin partner Coleman Cowan suspects his two clients are not the only victims of a NC Christian school employee who is accused of sexually abusing students in her home. March 25th, 2021: The firm recently added two new attorneys to its lineup of over 50 recognized professionals: Molly Brewer and Michael B. Eller.
