August 28th, 2022: News of our fight for justice on behalf of those poisoned by the water at Camp Lejeune is making its way across the country. While the cases must be filed in our home of eastern North Carolina, veterans all across the United States can make a claim for compensation. James Scott Farrin Joins Bell Legal Group in Fight to Help Camp Lejeune Victims

August 11th, 2022: The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin has joined forces with South Carolina’s Bell Legal Group on behalf of Camp Lejeune water contamination victims. Nearly a million service members, families, workers, and trainees at Camp Lejeune between 1953 and 1987 were exposed to highly-contaminated drinking water and may have suffered massive health problems as a result. The firm is helping victims seek compensation for the harms and losses they may have suffered. Read more.

Attorney Paul Dickinson Weighs in on Police Pursuit Policy on the Pete Kaliner Show

July 7th, 2022: After an extremely violent Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police chase, police pursuit policy is being called into question. Recently, NC radio reporter and talk show host Pete Kaliner invited James Scott Farrin attorney Paul Dickinson on his show to discuss the CMPD’s pursuit policy and its effects. While the chase resulted in a slew of charges, including four counts of vehicle theft, breaking and entering, and two counts of felony hit and run, hundreds of lives were put at risk during the encounter. JSF Attorney Paul Dickinson Featured in WSOC TV Report on High Speed Chase

July 7th, 2022: WSOC TV covered a high-speed chase that lasted nearly two hours last week in Charlotte and featured James Scott Farrin attorney Paul Dickinson in their report. Luckily, while the chase was extremely dangerous, no one was hurt. In the report, Dickinson recounts similar police pursuits that didn’t conclude as smoothly and examines the CMPD’s pursuit policy.
