Anderton warns that the development of new social media platforms is often outpacing legal education requirements for lawyers and judges, and some judicial decisions are being made with a lack of context for how these new platforms are understood in society. Weaver Fertilizer Plant Explosion: Class-action Case to Resume Shortly, Says James Scott Farrin Attorney Gary Jackson*
