Attorney Paul Dickinson Weighs in on Police Pursuit Policy on the Pete Kaliner Show
July 7th, 2022: After an extremely violent Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police chase, police pursuit policy is being called into question. Recently, NC radio reporter and talk show host Pete Kaliner invited James Scott Farrin attorney Paul Dickinson on his show to discuss the CMPD’s pursuit policy and its effects. While the chase resulted in a slew of charges, including four counts of vehicle theft, breaking and entering, and two counts of felony hit and run, hundreds of lives were put at risk during the encounter.
