Mr. Bardes joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2007 and handles mostly automobile accident cases for our clients.

Mr. Bardes received his J.D. from the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from St. John’s University in Queens, New York. Mr. Bardes takes great pride in finding ways to use his knowledge of the legal and medical process to protect the rights of injury victims.

“As an advocate, a personal injury attorney’s duty is to provide our knowledge and experience to protect the rights of our clients,” Mr. Bardes says. “That’s what we strive to do at the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin.”

Mr. Bardes is admitted to multiple federal courts. He is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice and will serve as Co-Chair for the group’s 2010 Annual Disbursement Seminar. He is also a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the Federalist Society, and the Christian Legal Society.
