The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin treated me like family.
The Law Offices of James Scott Farrin treated me like family. They made me feel confident about my situation. I was always able to get in contact with whomever I needed. They are very professional and great with responding back. I would recommend anyone who’s in need of a good team to work with them. 1

I would recommend ANY and EVERYONE
I would recommend ANY and EVERYONE who has unfortunately been injured at their job and been treated unfairly to give JSF a call immediately. I had a very unpopular case, and JSF stepped up to the plate and delivered. I'm beyond ecstatic about my outcome! 1

Attorney Brian Clemmons

Brian Clemmons joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2010, and is a Shareholder of the firm.

He received his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and a B.A. in History from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Brian has spoken at numerous continuing legal education courses and has more than 28 years of experience in a variety of practice areas, including: personal injury, Workers’ Compensation and Social Security Disability. He also has a great deal of experience as a defense attorney for insurance firms, so he has seen personal injury law from both sides of the table.

Brian believes that honest communication is key to a successful case.

“All clients deserve an attorney who will spend time talking with them about their case,” he said. “I spend as much time as I can talking with clients. It’s my job to educate clients about the legal process and how their case fits in. Their job is to educate me about their particular situation.”

Brian is a member of the North Carolina Advocates for Justice’s Auto Torts and Workers’ Compensation Sections, the North Carolina Bar Association and the Wake County Bar Association, and previously served on the advisory board for the North Carolina Chapter of Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD).
