Attorney Eric Haase (Partner)
Eric Haase joined the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin in 2002 and has been a Partner of the firm since 2004. He handles a variety of serious injury claims and is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of the United States. Eric served as class counsel in the massive In re Black Farmers Discrimination Litigation case that helped recover more than $1.25 billion in total compensation for 18,400+ Black farmers.1
Eric received his J.D. from the University at Buffalo Law School (State University of New York). He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He derives personal satisfaction from counseling injured individuals and their families through the complex maze often associated with pursuing personal injury claims.
Eric is a member of the American Association for Justice and the North Carolina Bar Association. He authored and edited a chapter in the North Carolina Personal Injury Liens Manual, 2nd edition, and was asked to speak at a continuing legal education course in 2015.
