Attorney Michael B. Eller
Michael B. Eller joined the firm in 2021 and has been advocating for South Carolinians for over 15 years. He draws on his experience as both a solo practitioner and a large firm attorney to handle personal injury and workersâ compensation cases throughout the entire process.
After college, Mike was happy to settle into life back in his hometown of Abbeville. But despite working with some amazing people at a dye and finishing plant, he felt a strong desire to help people, so he decided to go to law school. No one in Mikeâs family was a lawyer and he didnât even really know any. Still, he felt that being a lawyer was what he was supposed to do.
It took a little bit longer until he figured out which side of the table he was supposed to be on. Unsatisfied working for the big guys at the insurance company, Mike realized that helping individuals fight the odds and get back on their feet was the only way he felt like he was making a difference:
Mike formerly served as a member of the South Carolina Bar Workersâ Compensation Section Council. He is also a member of the South Carolina Association for Justice and American Association for Justice. Mikeâs favorite way to volunteer is coaching youth baseball and serving as a member of the Executive Board for Greenville Little League.
