Attorney Patrick Clare Banner

“As the son of two attorneys, I knew I wanted to be a lawyer from a young age and started a mock trial club at my high school. I was drawn to the strategy involved in crafting legal arguments and the competitive nature of the profession.”

Attorney Patrick Clare

A talented workers’ compensation lawyer, attorney Patrick Clare brings a strong work ethic and a passion for clients to the Law Offices of James Scott Farrin.

Patrick has strong North Carolina roots as a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He earned his law degree at the Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law at Campbell University, where he was the Articles Editor for the Campbell Law Review.

Patrick is admitted to practice law in North Carolina and pours his energy into fighting for his clients. Initially, he started working for insurance companies on workers’ compensation claims, but soon decided he would rather fight for the other side.

“I saw that the workers’ compensation system in North Carolina is stacked against injured workers, and I quickly realized that I would have a greater sense of purpose representing injured workers.”

Patrick also has experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury litigation involving motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and general negligence claims.

He is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and the North Carolina Bar Association.

When he’s not fighting for victims, Patrick likes to unwind with music, golf, skiing, and travel.
